      Unlimited pto, good work life balance

      Upper management doesn't care about employees as evident by laying off more then 60 people with 1 days notice despite many of those people coming from their most profitable branches. Pay is also on the lower end of the roofing market. Advancement is hard at the branch level- your either a project manager or you're the GM, so career growth is capped unless you want to move to sec

      Premier is an excellent place to work. They care about their teammates, are always focused on growth, and there are endless opportunities to learn.
