Taking care of the residents is the best part.

Cons

they change your time card, no HR, staff in office very unfriendly and rude, you cannot get help if you need it, turnover is crazy

Pros

I have worked here for over 1 year. I can tell you it is a truly wonderful Assisted Living and Memory Care residency. Excellent, caring staff, wonderful residents who love the food and fun at Seneca Lake Terrace. Minutes from Seneca Lake, downtown Geneva and wine trails!

Cons

there are always opportunities to improve. We work hard to train and learn to serve resident better.
