Semi monthly pay at Mid and End of Month, generous bonuses and benefits packages. Very active and easily accessible Corporate staff.
Cons
Hourly pay rate is lower than similar companies, but this is offset with great benefits/ compensation, being a W-2 employee instead of a 1099, and the opportunity to work over 70+ hrs during pay periods.
