Great Job Training and Advancements - Account Executive Prescription Landscape Employee Review

Pros

This company focuses highly on job training for anyone from just starting in the landscape industry, to the employees who have been here a long time and are wanting to learn a new specialization in landscape. Many of the staff members have transitioned from the mowing crews to either irrigation, or fertilizer techs, or even our plant health care division. There is always room for advancement, and the fact that the training and education is promoted so highly in the Prescription landscape culture, is really motivating.

Cons

The only con I would pass along is the lack in getting to cross train with the other divisions to see how everyone could benefit from knowing how others perform their job tasks.

Pros

Coworkers are great may get a few bad apples and some underachievers AKA lazies. Consistent in the summer. Advancement opportunities. Decent pay.

Cons

Winter is becoming a gamble I no longer can afford to work here. Management has gone very corporate and created a checklist for nearly everything that must be filled out. New rules get created often that create headaches. morel is nonexistent here. Work expectations are very high. And our last employee appreciation Day was a few trays of cookies stale and rock hard.
