I love our company culture. I'm coming up to a year of working for PresenceLearning, and it has been the best place I have ever worked. I feel very grateful to be part of this company. The leadership promotes a startup culture of transparency and working together to reach our goals. They encourage a growth mindset and invest in their employees to provide the necessary resources to succeed. Being a remote employee in a sales environment can be a challenge because you can sometimes miss the social interactions with co-workers, but aside from that, many tools are set-up in place to be able to connect with people easily and have the support you need at any time.
