We understand coming into an organization, especially in a front facing support role, can be a lot at once. While we do our best to bridge the learning gap with our multi-step onboarding including orientation, department specific training plans and various check points along the way, we also recognize there's always room for improvement. We have a few exciting programs in the works that we hope will directly support our new hire onboarding experience.
