Pros

Good benefits, good salary, good mix of diverse staff.

Cons

Starting from the top, the leadership is awful. The Leadership team is dysfunctional and downright cruel. Toxic environment and a CEO with an egotistical management style.

Thank you for your review. We know competitive offerings matter but are not the only factor in determining a great workplace. We strive to create a diverse and inclusive culture, and our most recent engagement survey showed that 90% of our employees agree that Presence values diversity. Additionally, in December, our employees participated in re-certifying our “Great Places To Work” status, with 89% of our employees affirming that Presence is a Great Place To Work. Our leadership regularly solicits feedback from our employees, influencing our culture, policies, and work community. The data we collect seems to conflict with your experience. Given this, we would love to engage you in a conversation to understand the specific concerns you have. We wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavors.

Pros

+ the colleagues I have worked with are delightful and driven to serve the students + my teammates are helpful and willing to pitch in + work life balance depends on the school season but overall manageable for being fully remote + company presentations are informative, highly scripted, and professional

Cons

- annual raises are stingy and below the inflation rate - the executive team and next level down leadership team are constantly turning over, which is exhausting - every c-suite title leader has changed in the last three years except for the CEO - the company strategy is unclear and my team's responsibilities have several times - it's clear that some teams are favorited way more than others (look at who they're hiring) - DEI has all but disappeared since the Chief People Officer left a few years ago
