3yThank you for your review. We know competitive offerings matter but are not the only factor in determining a great workplace. We strive to create a diverse and inclusive culture, and our most recent engagement survey showed that 90% of our employees agree that Presence values diversity. Additionally, in December, our employees participated in re-certifying our “Great Places To Work” status, with 89% of our employees affirming that Presence is a Great Place To Work. Our leadership regularly solicits feedback from our employees, influencing our culture, policies, and work community. The data we collect seems to conflict with your experience.
