Not all bad but pretty bad - Anonymous employee Presence Employee Review

We are sorry to hear about your frustrations. We rely on employee feedback to measure the success of our leadership and company. Since 2019, our employee engagement score has consistently stayed above benchmark, and our most recent engagement survey was 15 points higher than benchmark. Additionally, in December, our employees participated in re-certifying our “Great Places To Work” status, with 89% of our employees affirming that Presence is a Great Place To Work. We are incredibly proud to be a predominantly female workforce, with 80% of our employees identifying as female and 44% of our leadership team identifying as female.
