      Pros

      Fully remote with option to go into the office 1 day a week. Operations team is generally friendly and get on well together.

      Cons

      No performance or pay reviews, and very little chance of any internal career progression past the lowest levels. Very poor communication and engagement from sr. management & HR on any issues or topics impacting staff.

      Pros

      Work load is pretty light. Good documentation. Work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Inconsistent standards among employees. No reward for good work or punishment for poor. No raises in Tier 1 and new employees are hired at a higher rate.
