      They have made large investments in Partnerships with Cisco and EMC.

      Cons

      Very focused on a buy implement model. Challenging to add real value to a customer due to the lack of resources in a variety of areas. Sales operations, back office support is very week.

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
