Pros
Great company, doing what they can to stay ahead or at pace with a fast changing industry and landscape.
Cons
The medical benefits are horrible. The only option is a high deductible plan with Cigna. More and more doctors are leaving Cigna. If you have ANY out-of-network costs, the plans is awful. Family deductible for out-of-network is something like $13,000 (I forget the exact number off the top of my head).
