      Will learn alot because there is no training so you will have to research everything on your own.

      Cons

      You are at the bottom of the barrel. SDMs talk to you however they feel. Basically dirt underneath people shoes. No money even if you become an engineer

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Cons

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
