      Decent salary and bonuses. Good technical talent.

      Cons

      Once the company went public and revealed its $2.1 billion debt (now $2.3 billion), it was obvious that the company was doing very poorly. Mood was very negative.

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Cons

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
