Pros
Well respected with a clear vision for growth. Able and willing to pivot into new areas and a willingness to change and adapt to market trends. Team based organization with fantastic talent. Advancement opportunities are plentiful. Quotas have been attainable and I feel that management has been fair and honest.
Cons
Internal tools need some updating and streamlining for efficiency due to rapid expansion from acquisitions and growth. 401k match could be a little higher.
