      There is a lot of opportunity to work remotely and independently.

      Cons

      There are no performance evaluations and therefore it is very hard to have any career mobility. Further, there is little management support. The pay is also below industry standard.

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Cons

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
