      Pros

      Ability to work from home, some flexibility in hours, local offices are very nice.

      Cons

      There is a lack of leadership and support from management. Internal communication is poor. While you have 'Flex PTO' or unlimited PTO, your bonus and reports for management won't encourage you to take any time off. Getting a raise, or even just a yearly review will also be a challenge.

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Cons

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
