      Large provider with a lot of access to training. There are many talented engineers with great experience. There are some opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Run to much like a public company due private investment owner. Tell you what you want to hear management style in middle management. Company values are great, in theory:)

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Cons

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
