One will learn a lot as a fresher and as well as experienced. Company mainly focus on Cloud and all the new techs in the market.

      Work load is pretty light. Good documentation. Work at your own pace.

      Cons

      Inconsistent standards among employees. No reward for good work or punishment for poor. No raises in Tier 1 and new employees are hired at a higher rate.
