If you have any talent at all, you'll end up carrying people unless you put your foot down and tell them to figure out their job. When good employees realize the company is going nowhere, they bail (happens constantly) Management is poor and selectively inclusive. Pay is way below market, the recruiters have no idea and don't care. God awful onboarding process, good luck getting your healthcare lined up properly and in a timely manner.
