Pros
From my perspective Presidio was a very IT/Engineering focussed company. Much of the leadership has an engineering background. The compsny culture was friendly, helpful & supportive. Remote work was common & encouraged. Pay was competitive and benefits were good.
Cons
Annual reviews and raises seemed disorganized and unpredictable. As a delivery engineer, we have the opportunity to receive utilization bonuses. Unfortunately, our utilization is completely out of our control and therefore we have no ownership over our own raise.
