Sales leadership is tactical and disconnected from the market (in the (PNW). Sales leadership in this region is ineffective and is not doing anything effective to help drive growth for the region. Revolving door, employee retention in business development has been an issue, can’t retain any recent hires. Consistently losing market share to competitors in this region. Looked down upon by many local OEMs due to poor partner alignment and execution in region compared to other VARs. Presidios revenue in the PNW is primarily legacy accounts, many that have been in decline for years. Reversing this will be an arduous task due to the debt created by the existing sales leadership in territory.
