Work life Balance they stated was great during interviews,but why are we working 65+ hours/week and answering emails and communications at night?
Now, again another buy out by CDR.
Unstable organization still private and cannot have its own backing but by others.
The amount of systems and outdated software utilizing 7 or 8 different tools and systems just to gather data is beyond inefficient, tedious and frankly wasting employees time to actually assess and analyze data.
Not to mention the worse 401k. Not 100% vested until Year 5?!
Salary is also beyond par and not competitive for the amount of work required.
Basically doing 3 person job and getting less than 1 person salary.
