      Wonderful Engineering manager (not all are like mine) Amazing peer engineers, would do anything to help Salary is better than most companies if you have the experience and certs Training opportunities Cutting edge technologies Working with customers

      Travel both day and over night rarely get to work from my hometown Long hours during the day and long weeks with lots of night and weekend work for projects

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
