The leadership is incredible- you work for people that have extensive industry experience and invest time, training, and resources into making the company a great place to work and each person the ability to grow. Staffing isn't easy and the industry can be tough, but it's the people you work with that make this job so enjoyable and fun each day! The monthly goals are very helpful to know how you can improve and what you are doing well and provide a path to success if you are willing to take the coaching and continue improving.
