Pros

I love that my career has no limits. If I succeed it is because of me, if I fail, it is because of me. I have the ability to grow and achieve goals. Great benefits, flex time, work from home, what more could I ask for.

Cons

I wish all employees were as focused on success as me. Too many just expect to have good things handed to them. Not me!!!
