This is not my first job out of school and this is by far the best company I've worked for. The environment, people, work, etc is amazing. I'm truly in control of my promotions and bonuses by the amount of time and work I put in. I feel like I'm extremely valued by the company and they always are flexible with both my work and personal life. We have monthly reviews which is huge for me because I'm never guessing on where I stand and/or what I need to improve on.
