Pros

Very positive work environment at the Marshalltown Medical clinic. Wonderful learning opportunities working side by side with physicians every day. Work life balance due to no mandating, holidays, or weekends. Most importantly, you can feel good about the work you do every day. PHC does so much more for the community than your typical doctor's office.

Cons

It doesn't pay very well.
