Pros

Sometimes their compensation made up for the lack of comaradeary. Hours were alright.

Cons

The amount of lies that were told to customers was very unsettling. Everyone played "the game" of being sales sharks. Meaning, you ate or was eaten. No in-between, no one cared about you. Get the sale, praise. Don't get the sale, what's wrong with you? Drugs were taken in the back room at the location I worked at. On day one I was told HR wouldn't help only because the employees would just deny it all. I have seen them drink on the job in the backroom. I have witnessed theft. The most important thing, the employees took advantage of every single person that walked through that door and that was the worst thing to experience.
