No work/life balance, AVP would say “why are we approving pto at the beginning/end of the month, don’t do that” mind you, wasn’t during black out period. Upper leadership has no sense on developing, they thrive on threats and termination. You all LIVE in the grey, from dms saying “they have to add a line for a promo” to MDs hiding terms for payouts
