Pros
I have worked for several AT&T retailers and Prime is clearly the best and most professional. Successful salespeople and managers are rewarded for good performance, and the company offers good opportunity for growth and promotion. Executive team and owners are very professional, and the environment in our stores improved dramatically in our store after Prime Communications purchased it from a previous owner. District managers have a lot of experience in wireless and retail.
Cons
If you do not want to be in retail sales, this job is probably not for you. For those who enjoy sales and earning commissions to boost their pay, this offers a very good opportunity.
