Pros
Facilities manager makes sure you have all of the correct store fixtures that you need.
Cons
Management is defiantly lacking confidence and will put problems from upper management on their employees. Head office is totally disconnected from the store level, which makes for an interesting day of phone tag, everyday. Store managers will put you on blast to the rest of the company for any failures that you have (I.E. Email chains) If you call in sick you will be asked to find coverage for your shift, and when you can't you are made to come in.
