By far the worst job I've ever had. I was a store manger for a bit over a year and everyday I dreaded going in because upper management was always in your ear complaining about low numbers but NEVER took the time to help drive volume. Unless you were one of their favorites then they would put sales in your name. They never hold sale reps accountable but everything would fall on me, like these reps weren't adults. They will cheat you out of commission every month! Will fire you in the drop of a hat. But expect you to devote you life to them (even on your "off day")... You get group me text messages hours before you even get to work and HAVE to participate in pointless group calls EVER morning. They are very fraudulent! Make reps sale business accounts to regular consumers to check boxes...falsely add insurance to accounts...give tablets for "free" until customers get that next bill with an extra $55 charge on there.
