Pros

Decent pay, stocked, healthy kitchen (corporate), free stuff from vendors

Cons

No trust - no one is even trusted to take lunch when they want, it's set 1-2pm so if you're late everyone knows; no flexibility - have errand need to run during lunch? Hopefully you can make it between 1-2pm, no exceptions; never felt made an impact - sent to do site visits around country, gave leadership feedback, not one thing implemented, was told by peers that was not unusual; CEO never acknowledged fact I resigned with month notice, no "good luck", no "I heard you're moving", no nothing - at least pretend to care Akbar! I resigned b/c I moved out of area but was already interviewing else where - what a waste of six months!

Pros

Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

Cons

Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
