Pros

Commission-based salaries bring a lot of potential to the company, if put in the right store and location.

Cons

After being pushed into a transfer from a good store to a poor location in a dangerous area of Charlotte (on the false promise that it would be a temporary move to help out a struggling manager), I lost all respect for this company. The store was in desperate need of renovation. Prime left a two year outstanding plumbing issue untreated inside the store which also hadn't seen a remodel since it belonged to a separate cell service company. The store smelled like sewage on a daily basis, chasing off a good portion of the the foot traffic, whose slim numbers were thinned even more by the negative working conditions. Most issues took months to resolve if they were addressed at all. I was highly disappointed.
