Pros
You can get promoted to store manager pretty quickly because people are constantly quitting.
Cons
When they bought out our former company they told us we’d all be making more money but everyone lost money. They pressure you to commit fraud and set impossibly high quotas that you can’t hit unless you are scamming your customers. And when you don’t hit quota you get written up. If you speak up they demote you. If you quit you forfeit 2-3 months worth of commission, even if you give 2 weeks notice. Stores are understaffed but sales reps aren’t allowed to get paid overtime so managers have to work 9-10 hour shifts but then get written up for having too much overtime themselves.
