Pros
Great pay if you know how to sell. Depending on where you work you get to work alongside awesome coworkers!
Cons
HORRIBLE UPPER MANAGEMENT! Do not get me started on how unfair they treat you! Just because you are new, shouldn’t mean they should treat you any less of a person right? I had quit prime communications at one point because of personal problems. When I got rehired I was promised to work in one location due to my situation, when I started working I got moved to another location to “train” 2 weeks passed by and they moved me to another location not only a new place but a whole other district, with a promise that I would permanently stay there. A week later they called to say I was moving to a new location. I told them I was done moving locations, I was promised so many things and nothing was ever done for me. I told them why the move was even necessary, I was getting move to much with in the first month, the district manager’s best response was “ seniority” Keep In mind I been with AT&T for more than a year. And just because I’m a re hire I have no say in ANY of the promises i received since the hire date? I got tired of them treating me like I didn’t matter. So I put in my two weeks, and once I did I had a specific day on when my last day would be. The next day he came told me that the regional manager told him to end my two weeks a day after I submitted my request. Now if i read the handbook correctly. EVERYBODY has the right to leave at the exact time they say they will, nothing less. Maybe it’s only in Chicago where they play this crap! I don’t know about other states, but if you are applying in the Chicago area stay away from the north side district period! If you do go there, good luck! Hope they don’t treat you the same way they treated me and other coworkers I talked to.
