      Did not raise pay, poor commission structure, upper management could careless about their employees. As much as you try to communicate, nobody responds.

      Pros

      Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

      Cons

      Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
