They are not in the stores on a daily basis and don’t know how bad it has gotten and someone notice the reviews were awful and had the computer people leave reviews as busy work! #s before employees Goals are ridiculous No support from upper management Make the numbers or find a different job mentality DMs little to no help ever! It is a make goals because on paper they make the company money but are unrealistic. Absolutely no common action from IT Absolutely no communication if your email anyone about a problem Awful work life balance
