      Pros

      The only "pro" is that you will have a job.

      Cons

      They grossly underpay and over work their reps. They steal your commissions that you earn when you leave the company because they word it as a bonus. They will steal your PTO. They will do everything in their power not to properly pay you and they wonder why so many people in North Alabama are quitting this sham of a company. If you dont believe me ask any other former or current employee of this company how they feel about it.

      Working weekends and holidays .And a tricky commission structure. Also all systems are slow.

      Flexible, depending on the manager, and goals are very attainable depending on location

      Cons

      Hit or miss with the district manager and commission structure changes a few times a year can be good can be bad
