Upper management is not great Poor staffing, a lot of employees work alone Work long hours and expect you to work off the clock most of the times Pay is not good for the amount of work you have to put in Commission disputes are a nightmare and don't get you anywhere but pissed Managers are required to work 6 days a week, which is horrible When asking for time-off, its always a problem for upper management
