Pros

Competitive sales environment and Some great people working across the company. Those people that do care make an impact

Cons

No support from leadership yet goals and expectations are always getting increased. No reason given to try to move up in store management, they try to say you will make more if you hit “goal”. What they don’t see is goal are so high that bonus is difficult to hit leaving your with more stress and normally making less than before they “level you up”. Company offer $45-$55 a month to pretty much pick if you are getting cleaning supplies or paper for your location. No facility help is offered to keep the stores premier unless you are shouting for a long time to get someone’s attention and even then you will get a response to use a carpet cleaner spray instead of getting it professionally done. You can tell the company lacks to see it’s not always good to cut so many expenses to the point where your employees know you are being cheap.

Pros

Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

Cons

Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
