Pros

I have had some peers i was found of.

Cons

. *Unless you retire here YOU WILL LOSE 2 MONTHS OF COMMISSION. They do not pay you your earned commission unless you are currently employed by them. It does not matter if you gave notice. *commission pays out 2 months later *the comp plan pays you ramp up (400)month 1 and 2 and 200 month 3 but if you didn't sell those first 2 months ( most dont) you get no comp check months 3&4. Once more most people DO NOT understand this inculding the DMs and the MD. The upper mangement didnt seem to know how the comp plan worked when i explained this after having found out first hand. * 'Prime Cares' is basicly a set of rules that say you have to take a 30 minute break with in the first 5 hours of a shift and work no 10 hour shifts. In theory is seems great the problem is the company is always short staffed and you do not have coverage. So it becomes an extra stressor and if you do not comply they hand out write ups. With a customer or not it is your responsibility. When I started we were regularly advised to punch out and work off the clock to avoid the violation. * The rate of attrition in the place is INSANE. None of the stores in my area are properly staffed. One RSM i knew was alone working open to close by himself for weeks. He also got talked to about his prime cares violations because of it. * They directly lied to a perspective employee about what their starting hourly rate was. They started working and asked about the pay rate they were promised and was told there was nothing they could do. Likely explains some of the issues with attrition. *commission is feast or famine if you miss your 100% by a single op as a RSC or ASM you get FIFTY PERCENT OF WHAT YOU EARNED. *RSMs get paid on clearing alerts but the company adds alerts without adding money. So they make it harder to get paid the same amount of money.
