Pros
Store manager pay can be good at high volume locations. Generally decent coworkers.
Cons
Awful benefits. Store managers are overworked and constantly on call. They don't pay reps anything approaching industry standard. Recruiting practices are archaic. Leap then look business approach at the RD/DM level. Cheap to the point of hurting business. Do not provide the tools you truly need to run a store and keep customers happy. Change for the sake of change. Not loyal to good employees (reps, managers, or DM.) Don't listen to challenges faced in the field.
