Pros
Starting pay is good. That’s about it.
Cons
From my time working there (only about 7 months) I saw so many shady business practices. My manager would tell clients that they would get a “free” tablet and not tell them about the cost to add the line, and then add bogus discounts onto their account to cover the cost of the line. “Oh just give them this discount on their plan, say they work here” We had so many people calling in to complain that he literally wouldn’t answer the phone. He asked us to participate as well. I had seen him take trade in phones and use them for himself and replace them with cheaper phones. I alerted upper management and they already knew. I was pregnant at the time I was with them and the air conditioner blew at the building. It was 97 degrees outside and I told them I couldn’t work like that because I was light headed. My boss would get upset because I would “take too many breaks” and I wasn’t allowed to sit down while pregnant. Just super shady. I left when I was 37 weeks pregnant (staying a week later than I was supposed to) so I could hit my quota, only to find out that a week later I had a chargeback and my quota was cut in half. Ya seriously. I was one phone away and my entire commission check cut in half.
