Pros

Discount on AT&T service. Fellow employees can be fun.

Cons

Unrealistic goals. These goals are set by someone who has no idea on the current state of the market. Gray area. Told to add insurance and other features without telling customer, to hit goals. Different markets can have different rules. How is this a fair practice? One market requires managers to work 6 days, while another does not. Appreciation. A brand new employee stands to make just as much as a seasoned employee. This company does not care about the time you’ve given them. Just another cog in the machine. PTO. They always want you to use you PTO. However, when you request time off, there is always an issue. Too far out from date or too close to date. Training should be handled better. New employees should be sent to specific training locations. Not sitting in the back on a computer going through e learnings.

Pros

Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

Cons

Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
