Pros

You can be transferred pretty easily. The people you work with for the most part are cool. MOST DMs actually care and get it but the upper management doesn’t. You get a lot of time off too but it’s hard to use to use it when stores are 1 to 1 staffing.

Cons

The pay scale constantly changes. They messed up my pay check two weeks in a row. They say “Prime Cares” but they only care about new lines. They have you call your DM if you don’t increase a customers bill and put them on the most expensive plan. They also add Next Up and Insurance on everyone’s accounts. They want you to sell TV with no internet service. They will move your base pay up and down regardless of how long you’ve been with the company for. The VP compared his MS to my fathers leukemia. Most stores are over staffed which is forcing you to sell 80 new lines per door and you only take home 50% of your commission. I could go on and on......

Pros

Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

Cons

Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
