Good Job, HORRIBLE COMPANY - Sales Associate Prime Communications Employee Review

Pros

The commissions, easy to network with consumers who own businesses or are well connected.

Cons

-HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, everyone except your store manager tries to make money off of you. - You are told to add things to customers accounts, then when they find out, they come back and yell at you. - Have to wait 6 MONTHS for your commissions if you leave the company -Unrealistic sales goals, if you are in a low traffic area forget about it. You will be fired if you go only 1 month without making your goals. -Some stores are in high traffic areas doing 500 opps in a month, while other employees are struggling because the lack of marketing and ads in low traffic areas allow for less then 200 opps per month, which is then split between 4-5 employees and a manager, and you need at least 35 opps to make a commission or even keep your job. - At one store the mgr makes around 2500 a month in commissions, while other employees who may be better salesmen suffer due to competition with AT&T COR stores, which strictly regulate the way individual salesmen market their store.
