Pros

Benefits. Thats it. The basic requirement for having a job nowadays, and they can arguably hardly even do that right.

Cons

- Management is toxic from the top down - Bullying and belittling is a tactic often used by "Leadership". - Fraudulent activity is praised and covertly encouraged. - Micromanagement is grotesque. - Quota requirements continue to climb, even in the midst of a global pandemic. - Commissions and/or payouts are inconceivably impossible to track due to the sheer factor there is no way to determine when or if you have received a chargeback. - Compensation is decent assuming you're willing to do whatever it takes to close a sale. Even if that means doing some very amoral things to the customers account. - Work/Life balance is horrendous. They're intrusive and require constant engagement in meaningless calls, group texts, email chains and zoom trainings. - Tenure means nothing. You are replaceable. To management you are just a number. - Lack of communication. I could go on, but you get the point...

Pros

Physically easy and potentially good pay provided you’re smart and good with people.

Cons

Goals always feel like they changing and just when you get how you max out your pay they change something. It feels purposeful to reduce payouts and keep everyone at around the same pay and maximize company profits.
