Pros
I've worked for prime for 3 1/2 Years. I started as a sales Rep with another company that Prime acquired. I am now a retail store manager and enjoy going to work every day. Prime is larger then most national retailers but they still keep a family atmosphere. You always feel like you can contact anyone about a issue and never feel isolated. My pay is better then some corporate store managers and there is a lot of room for advancement within the company. I would recommend prime to anyone who is driven and has some basic selling skills. This is not the job for you if all you want to do is come to work and get a pay check. If you work hard for Prime they reward you with advancement opportunity and great pay.
Cons
I know I seem to really like my Job well I do. There are always Cons to a Job, but most of them are small with prime. I will say our medical and dental benefits could be better(Most Companies are not as good as they used to be) but very high premiums and high deductibles.
