Pros
At this point, not a whole lot. Laid back work environment, that's about it.
Cons
Poor upper management, no room to grow, pushed to solicit and cold call, even though it's against AT&T policy. District managers MAKE YOU go into people's accounts and change features/rate plans and not tell the customer. Meaning the customer isn't even in the store. (That's fraud) Constantly called and nagged via email. No overtime. No paid time off/sick time/ paid vacations. In interviews, management lies about how much you'll make in commission. If you don't hit your sales quota, (40 activations/month) you don't get paid. Commission structure is changed every single month. They literally make it impossible for you to get paid. They put too many employees in stores that aren't busy, and in turn employees don't make their quota and don't get paid for the sales they make. The list goes on and on....
